Products & Solutions

Life Insurance:
Life insurance creates security for you and your family.  There are many policies to choose from.  Whether you're looking for the long term benefits insurance can provide, or your short term goals such as loans that need to be protected,  I can assist you with a plan designed especially for your personal needs.

Disability Insurance:
I can provide a wide range of products designed to help protect your ability to earn an income. We offer disability insurance for professionals, business owners and employees.

Critical Illness Insurance:
The chances of suffering from and surviving a critical illness are greater than you think.  Critical illness insurance pays a one-time lump sum benefit if you are diagnosed with a critical condition as defined in the policy, and satisfy the survival period.  How you use the benefit is up to you.  You may be covered up to 22 critical conditions including heart attack, life threatening cancer, stroke and Multiple Sclerosis.

Mortgage Life Insurance Protection:
You can select a policy that meets your financial protection needs.  Mortgage Life Insurance from lending institutions may leave you with fewer options if your health changes or you become uninsurable.  Your options for renewing or re-mortgaging with a different institution may be restricted in order to retain your mortgage life insurance.

Registered Retirement Savings Plans:
RRSP's are a Government approved way to finance your own retirement.  Your contributions grow tax-deferred as long as the funds remain in an RRSP and you get the immediate tax deferral now when you need it the most.  RRSP Loans are available.  You can borrow the funds for your RRSP, defer the payments for up to 6 months and then use your income tax return to pay down the loan without penalty.  This is a great way to go if you are short on cash and still want to contribute to your RRSP.

Registered Education Savings Plans:
When you save for your child's education through an RESP, the Canada Education Savings Grant (CESG)  will add 20, 30 or
40% on the first $500 and  20 percent on the next $2,000, depending on the family net income.  There is potential to receive a grant of $600.00 per year.

Mutual Funds:
All mutual funds are offered through Quadrus Investment Services Ltd. There are 70 different fund companies with over 2500 different funds to choose from.

Available only through a life insurance company, Segregated Fund Policies  fall under insurance legislation rather than securities legislation.  This means that Segregated Fund Policies  offer certain benefits that may not be available with other financial products. (estate bypass, possible creditor protection, no trustee fees, capital guarantees, death and maturity guarantees)

A TFSA can help grow your savings faster than an ordinary savings account.  There are no taxes payable on the investment income or growth even at withdrawal.  You can contribute up to $5,000 per year with un-used room carried forward to future
